EasiYo Yoghurt Dressing

Ingredients

• 150ml/5fl oz Easiyo yoghurt
• 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
• 1 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
• 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
• freshly ground black pepper

Method

Mix all the ingredients together and serve!
