White Vinegar is a non-toxic traditional cleaning solution that has been used safely for centuries. The active ingredient in White Vinegar is acetic acid, which has both cleaning and descaling properties.
Although White Vinegar has a mild odour, it gradually dissipates. This is in contrast to malt vinegar, which is unsuitable for cleaning. It's also great for a range of laundry applications.
Be aware that many of the 'white vinegar cleaners' on the market are NOT pure white vinegar; they may have synthetic fragrance and/or surfactants added. Dri-Pak white vinegar is PURE diluted acetic acid.
This may not matter to you, but if you're looking to descale appliances, particularly kettles, coffee machines and sterilisers then you should use a pure white vinegar. The same applies if you have allergies or sensitivity to perfumes.

In order to bring a better delivery experience, we have teamed up with our couriers enabling our customers to have more control over their deliveries.
Our couriers offer interactive delivery options. Once your order has been handed over to them, they will send you an email or text to inform you when they plan to deliver your parcel. If this is not a convenient time, you will be able reschedule the delivery for a different day or to a different address such as a neighbour or a post office.
All customers will be kept up to date with the progress of their delivery and will be notified either by email or SMS on the day of dispatch, on the day of delivery and with a pre-delivery notification advising of their one hour delivery slot.

All we ask is that your item is returned to us in an unused, undamaged re-saleable condition, with all original packaging and labels. Simply contact us either by email or phone before returning your item to let us know your intentions, and return it to us within 30 days of receipt. Unauthorised returns (those that we have not been made aware of) will not be processed.
We recommend you use the original packaging and a tracked service to send your order back to us, and that you pack your item securely. Unfortunately we will not be able to refund you if it arrives back to us broken.
