Robert Welch Signature Flexible Filleting Knife 16cm SIGSA2006V
The Signature 16cm/6.5" flexible filleting knife has a narrow blade and pointed end for precision boning and skinning of meat, particularly poultry and fish.
The added flexibility ensures ease of handling around the bone. Made from high quality German stainless steel with an ergonomic DuPont handle.
Designed in consultation with professional chefs, this award winning kitchen knife features a fully forged German DIN 1.4116 stainless steel blade with a full tang for extra strength. The Japanese-style blade edge is hand applied at a 15 angle. The handle is made from tactile DuPont and is ergonomically shaped for comfort, balance and to minimise fatigue.
All Signature knives are gift boxed, have a 25 year guarantee and are dishwasher safe.

In order to bring a better delivery experience, we have teamed up with our couriers enabling our customers to have more control over their deliveries.
Our couriers offer interactive delivery options. Once your order has been handed over to them, they will send you an email or text to inform you when they plan to deliver your parcel. If this is not a convenient time, you will be able reschedule the delivery for a different day or to a different address such as a neighbour or a post office.
All customers will be kept up to date with the progress of their delivery and will be notified either by email or SMS on the day of dispatch, on the day of delivery and with a pre-delivery notification advising of their one hour delivery slot.

All we ask is that your item is returned to us in an unused, undamaged re-saleable condition, with all original packaging and labels. Simply contact us either by email or phone before returning your item to let us know your intentions, and return it to us within 30 days of receipt. Unauthorised returns (those that we have not been made aware of) will not be processed.
We recommend you use the original packaging and a tracked service to send your order back to us, and that you pack your item securely. Unfortunately we will not be able to refund you if it arrives back to us broken.
Please note that returns for undamaged/ not faulty items are sent at your own cost and our delivery charges unfortunately cannot be refunded.
