What Is PayPal Credit? 

PayPal credit provides you with a spendable credit limit (similar to a credit card) that is linked to your PayPal account and can be used to make online purchases.  You can select PayPal Credit as your funding source during the checkout process.

You will need to apply for PayPal credit and if your application is successful, the credit will be available within your PayPal wallet and can be used for purchases in most places where PayPal is accepted. 

What PayPal Credit Options Are Available?

This will depend on the eligibility of your basket and your PayPal Credit options will be displayed accordingly.  You can pay in instalments using one of the following options:

• Pay in 3 instalments for orders over £30
• 0% interest for 4 months on all purchases over £100

How to shop with Paypal Credit

1. Add the item/s to your cart with a minimum value of £30.
2. Click pay later in the cart.
3. Fill out the popup to apply for credit.
4. If successful, you'll be taken to checkout to confirm your address & complete your order.

How Do I Apply?

Applying for PayPal credit is simple and takes just a few moments to complete and be approved.

1. Click the Pay Later button in the cart
2. Complete the PayPal Credit application form.  PayPal will then run a credit check and, if approved, you'll have a credit limit linked to your PayPal account as soon as you accept your credit agreement.
3. Click the PayPal Credit payment button at the checkout. A selection of available instalment offers will be displayed, enabling you to spread the cost of your purchase across a number of payments.
4. You can use the credit limit granted to pay for your purchase, up to your credit limit.

Do I need A PayPal Account?

Yes.  When you enter the PayPal Credit application process you will be asked to sign in to your PayPal account. If you don’t already have one, you can sign up for one at this stage.  It is free and easy and you will only require an email address and password to sign up.

Why Doesn’t Pay Later Show As A Payment Option?

If PayPal Credit is not available, your basket has not reached the minimum spend.  Only baskets over £30 are eligible for PayPal Credit.

What If My PayPal Credit Application Was Unsuccessful?

If your PayPal Credit application was unsuccessful, you can still pay using your PayPal account or your chosen credit or debit card.

How Do I Return An Item I Purchased Using PayPal Credit?

Please follow our standard returns policy and procedure.  Once your return has been processed, the money will be refunded to your PayPal Credit account.
