Just what I wanted to do a course
There was a problem regarding free delivery as the additional purchase I ordered to gain free delivery could not be delivered so the staff kindly allowed me free delivery anyway.
Easy to order. Nice selection of items at reasonable prices. Item dispatched quickly. Well packaged, delivered with 1-2days of order. Full tracking on item. Great service.
My only frustration is that I had planned to use it to boil water quickly on my induction hob but was disappointed to read in the instructions that you must never use it on power setting, so it does actually take longer to boil than an electric kettle but nice to hear the Whistle!

Bought as a pepper mill. It grinds quite finely. It seems well made and will, hopefully, last a good while.
Bought as a replacement. The only problem is with with knives by mail order.
Buying knives on the internet is expensive and a bit of a procedure due to legislation but I wanted to replace my Kitchen Devil utility knife and Lawsons is one of the few companies that had them in stock. I ordered two but only one arrived. My email explaining the problem was dealt with very speedily and I received an apology. I bought a small pepper mill at the same time and this is of a good quality.

I hate using supermarkets' inferior substitutes for J-cloths, and was so pleased to find that you have the original product. I am very much enjoying using it.
I hate using supermarkets' cheap inferior substitutes for J-cloths, and it seems that hardly any shops now stock the original. So I was delighted when I found that you do, and I was able to stock up with a number of packs. I'm very much enjoying using the first cloth now.
