Carpet Fresh with Odour Remover is Rug Doctor’s innovative cleaning solution for foul-smelling carpets or upholstery. It can be used with a carpet cleaning machine or as an effective standalone cleaning solution.When stains settle deep within your carpet’s pile, they produce bacteria which are the cause of any unpleasant odours.

Our specially formulated enzymatic cleaning action attacks foul smells at the source, killing the bacteria. This deodorising process restores your carpets, upholstery or fabrics, leaving them smelling fresh and clean. Carpet Fresh with Odour Remover can also be used as an effective stain removal treatment for some old or dried-in stains.

Carpet Fresh with Odour Remover is also classified as wool friendly. Woollen carpets can be a cleaning nightmare because of their thicker fibre. Odour Remover can successfully eliminate the odours found in woollen carpets without causing any damage. It is also rated as pet safe – making it the ideal cleaning solution for tackling any nasty stains caused by accidents.

Carpet Fresh with Odour Remover is effective against:

Directions for Use:

Before use, test for colourfastness on an inconspicuous area. Wait for 10 seconds then blot with a white cloth to check for colour transfer. Not recommended for use on non-coloured materials.

For Manual Use:

Remove any solids from the treatment area. Shake well and apply the solution. For effective cleaning, don’t blot or wipe – the enzymatic formula needs moisture.  Place a damp, colour-safe towel over the treatment area and let it dry naturally. In most cases, it’s best to allow the area to remain moist for 24 hours. Highly contaminated areas may require a second application. Once dry, if the discolouration remains, dampen the area with water and blot.

For Use with a Rug Doctor Carpet Cleaner:

  1. Add 15-30ml Carpet Fresh with Odour Remover per litre of cleaning solution.
  2. Clean according to the machine instructions.

Safety Information

Caution: Keep out of reach of children. Use only as directed and wash hands after use. In case of eye contact, flush eyes with clean water for 15 minutes. If irritation persists, seek medical advice.

Our couriers offer interactive delivery options.  Once your order has been handed over to them, they will send you an email or text to inform you when they plan to deliver your parcel.  If this is not a convenient time, you will be able reschedule the delivery for a different day or to a different address such as a neighbour or a post office.

All customers will be kept up to date with the progress of their delivery and will be notified either by email or SMS on the day of dispatch, on the day of delivery and with a pre-delivery notification advising of their one hour delivery slot.
