Product arrived in good time and the packaging was excellent. The mugs were packed up so well so as not to damage them in transit. They were packed in their own box then in another box followed by another box. Can’t get better than that!

The service from Lawsons was exemplary. One cup was damaged in transit despite being very well protected. This was replaced without quibble. The issue was handled very quickly and efficiently. Well done Lawsons! .

I have shopped with Lawson for years, mostly in store at Tavistock and Plymouth. Always rated their products and services to be top quality. But the Deyongs bedding I received was such inferior quality and I am not even sure why Lawson would sell it. When I saw it was back in stock I rushed to buy it assuming that coming from Lawsons it would be really good quality.

The products ordered were great. The reason for a 3 star review was the delivery time which was dreadful. If the delivery time improved Lawsons would have received a 5 star review.
