The product arrived on time, was as described and well packed. It is for use in a guest bedroom however and so I cannot yet vouch for its quality until it has been used and laundered. Perhaps you would be kind enough to allow me until after its first use to, if necessary, advise you of any faults that materialise - which I fully expect to be unlikely. Thank you .

It's difficult to see the instructions because they're on the top of the machine. It would be easier if they were at the front. Apart from that, it's good.

I bought one to see the quality. I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a further 2. They look and feel good. Good price, pity delivery is a little expensive.

A very thick piece of felt. After years of use my old felt was paper thin and degrading so it was nice to find a replacement. You will need sharp scissors or a scalpel blade to trim it.

Cheaper than elsewhere and lovely quality.
The feeders I bought were reduced to £2.99 each so I can't be too critical. But If I had paid full price I would be disappointed that they are more flimsy than they look in the online catalogue. Also, I think the birds at my feeding station are put off by the shiny artificial chrome finish. They simply are not attracting birds in the numbers that my previous green feeders did with the same food in.
