Very helpful staff. I found the yarn I was looking for quickly and found ordering online easy. In a recent order I mistakenly ordered the wrong coloured yarn. After a quick email from me they kindly changed the order and sent me what I needed. Thank you. Ps. I've had a number of complimentary comments from people who love the colour and how the Northern Lights yarn crocheted up. I've passed on where I got it from. I may need to order more. ?
Already enjoyed using it to make a batch of marmalade. Better evaporation and handy measurement markings made the whole process easier and quicker to reach setting point than using my biggest saucepan. A good investment at a reasonable price.

Extremely pleased with these frying pans. They take up heat on a low flame really nicely and then maintain that heat so that the food comes out evenly cooked. An asset to the kitchen.
