I ordered online but was pleased to get a call from a nice lady to say one item wasn’t in stock. It meant we could work out an alternative rather than just get a refund. Delivery was quick and it was very safely packed. Perfect!
Ordering and speed of receiving my order was 5 stars. Lawson reuse packaging, which is great, but failed to pack in a big enough bag. Sadly the pressure of squeezing 2 balls of wool in a very small bag led to it splitting during transit and my wool was open to the elements.
