I did a search of the Internet and found Lawsons. I ordered 6 and they came very quickly. Unfortunately one of the stems had broken in transit despite being well packed. Lawson replaced the broken glass with no quibble and speedily. Customer service at its best. Thank You.

I received the item within a few days of order. It was extremely well packed. I am very happy with the service.
Order arrived on time but unfortunately it was not anything like what was ordered. Sent an email, no response after a week, sent another email to a different address, no response after 3/4 days. Left several phone messages and again no response. Eventually rang the shop in Devon and a kind lady put me through to a lady called Becky who was most apologetic and corrected everything and it arrived the next day. Thanks Becky, you singlehandedly saved your companies reputation and may well order some products in the future. The actual products and yogurt maker are all very good.
