Having received my order very promptly & packaged beautifully I was very disappointed to find I had received a 1 pt jug instead of a 0.5 pt jug as ordered. I contacted customer services twice, I rang and left a message too and am still awaiting a response. Very very poor. Certainly won't use Lawsons again.

I saw the Fusion dinner ware at a local garden centre, however they only had a few pieces left, l sourced from Lawson’s , delivery was quick and well packed , spoke to a very helpful Assistant , ordered from them twice and would not hesitate to do again.

Site was easy to use.
One item missing from my order, a set of four bowls on a wooden board. Item was included on delivery note, when I asked when they were going to dispatch the missing item, I was informed it was out of stock. The strange thing was, I went onto their website to check and there was no notice to say out of stock (which some items did have) and I was able to select that same item and process it through their ordering system. Although I was reasonable happy with the other items ordered, I’m afraid the company hadn’t convinced me they had been entirely honest about the missing item. I am therefore unable to recommend the service they had provided for me.

Not available in any stores near me. Lawsons post registered delivery which covers legal requirents. All v smooth and easy
