Product OK but the order was delivered to completely the wrong address and it was only because the people living at that address took the trouble to bring it to my home that I received it at all. Not Lawsons faut but the delivery driver's.

I've managed to get my jackets and blouses into this size so a very useful item to keep my wardrobe in good shape when storing out of season items. Quality is good and I like being able to see the items.
Great for dresses and coats. I like to see what I've got hanging in my wardrobe so these are perfect. For midi and maxi length dresses however, I'll need the extra long. But for a means of keeping my wardrobe in good order, these are perfect.
My peeler/knife I've had for years got broken, could never find one as good till I searched Lawsons and may I say it is the best ever.
I received these Lobster duvet covers in the sale, I ordered for two Air B&B rooms we have in our house. They came wonderfully packed with a note from customer service, with ribbon round them, but when I put one of them on the duvet it was very thin, it didn't feel like I was buying an upmarket brand. The button holes at the bottom were very small, quite tricky to get the buttons through them and weren't finished very well so I was really disappointed. The product didn't live up to the upmarket lobster label attached to it. No problem with Lawsons, order came very quickly, good communication.
Happy with service- delivery and value for money. Tin was damaged but paint was in good condition.

This replaced a 12 year old De Longhi bean to cup machine which had seen better days and had approached the end of its days. The Dualit product gives me the flexibility that I need with the build quality that I can have confidence in without having to buy another bean to cup machine which is not what I was looking for.
Discontinued mug, available for silly money elsewhere. Lawton’s price was elevated but extremely fair. I had broken my favourite mug but this identical replacement was with me in under a week. Crisis over!
I will shed a tear ever time I dry the dishes with it.

Really sharp and with double edged blade made for different roles, very versatile. But being so sharp it really needs to be sold with a sheath.
