Arrived sticky and broken but luckily they was all wrapped up in septate bags that contained any leak.
I saw this heater somewhere else, but it wasn't in stock. I found out it was available with this company. The website was quick, simple and clear. The heater arrived on time and was well packaged. Will use this company again.
Love this duvet set, very calming pattern and beautiful. Only slight problem is that it was mega creased on arrival which is probably because it is cotton and I hate ironing.

Always a bit of a worry buying something unseen but these were just as described and just what I wanted. Came in good time in good condition. Perfect!!
Fire itself is lovely and I am quite pleased with it. However the flames could do with being brighter as at times we struggle to see whether or not it is on.
Lovely saucepans, easy to wash, handles don't get hot. Worth the extra money as won't need to replace them in 5 years or so, so more environmental friendly too.
