I had a parcel delivered which I think the delivery man or along the way was dropped and the pan was dented. Lawson’s replaced the pan for me very quickly Many thanks Ps I love the pans as they are so light but cook beautifully

Bought a 30 inch Chef Mate non stick rare in the UK and great price Unfortunately came with a small gouge on the metal rim and wrapped in a huge inappropriate box with lots of odd buts of paper and plastic doodles aside from the functional bubble wrap - totally inappropriate packaging and waste but great product aside from the damage and right price so happy with that The rest can be improved but timing if shipment also great during covid crisis so good on that also
