Despite the current situation the order was sent out pretty promptly with a refund for the items they didn't have. The delivery man kept the 2m social distancing rules but it was still service with a smile. Great all round.

Whilst enquiring after my order, I explained to your operative (so sorry - I've forgotten her name) that I had promised to make a cake for a friend and needed some supplies. She lives close by and very kindly delivered my order on the day of my enquiry ( had to accept a couple of substitutions but that was a small price to pay). So impressed with this service and would use again in a heartbeat!
