I ordered these as, during the covid-19 lockdown, we are making yoghurt. The shop where we bought the easiyo maker has closed. Great price and speedy delivery.

Whilst enquiring after my order, I explained to your operative (so sorry - I've forgotten her name) that I had promised to make a cake for a friend and needed some supplies. She lives close by and very kindly delivered my order on the day of my enquiry ( had to accept a couple of substitutions but that was a small price to pay). So impressed with this service and would use again in a heartbeat!

I called and emailed twice now and have not recieved a call or email. It has been over 2 weeks now since my delivery came dented and broken and I havent had any contact but once, which consisted on someone telling me I would receive a call back. So very disappointed. The item wasn't even fully covered in bubble wrap when I went to open the parcel. Wouldn't recommend buying if the company can't even communicate with costumers effectively.

We have a number of these pots. They do fade over time, but I don't think this detracts from how they look. Delivery though, poor. Insufficient packaging meant both pots that I had ordered were damaged. I couldn't be bothered to send them back and received a credit in order to buy a couple of plates and bolts to repair them.
