I have been looking for replacement mugs for months now and came across the selection at Lawsons. I could not be happier with my purchase and the service.

I spent ages choosing 6 packets of seeds . When I got to checkout the postal charge was £5 . To add insult they sent them in an envelope with a 2nd class stamp - 77pence! I contacted customer services to discuss but they just said they have to cover internet costs - not sure what that means! Will go elsewhere next time .

I would have preferred to shop in store but, due to COVID-19, that wasn't possible so I ordered online. The ordering was fine apart from one item, a digital timer, which comes in a number of colours. For some reason it wasn't possible to choose a colour so I didn't get the colour I would have liked but it's not the end of the world. Delivery was quick and I am grateful that Lawsons offered a delivery service as that meant I could give them the business rather than having had to shop with a non-local company. I like to support my local shops so thanks, Lawsons, for making it possible for me to do so despite the lockdown.
Love these mugs I got two from local garden centre and daughter broke one ,, I had hunted everywhere for them,, so happy I found them now have a collection of 6 ,(daughter ordered some aswell)
