I’d recommend Lawsons for their website, their prices and value for money. The website is easy to navigate and I was kept well informed about my order’s dispatch and arrival time. Prior to receiving my order, I was contacted by customer services about a problem with the water bottle and I was impressed by their politeness and helpfulness. It would have been five stars if, when you order a lunchbox you could choose a specific colour. I’d really wanted, and thought I had ordered, the gorgeous purple and orange one shown above, however, I was a little disappointed when I received the pink one instead! It would be a lot better if you could actually select the specific colour you wanted. I’d definitely recommend Lawsons for the their website, excellent customer services and overall online shopping experience.
