Office was kind enough to check I could collect from a different branch as it defaults to a specific branch. The ordering routine requires a trap so you have to select the collection site as part of the process before continuing to payment. One for the web wizzards?

The metal tines came loose and moved upon first use.
These pillows are replacements of the same I had. Lovely pillows that are soft enough to sink into.
