Ordered for my daughter’s birthday; l ordered the wrong size but Lawson’s helped me correct my mistake steaight away. ParcelForce managed to screw up the delivery, but my daughter was able to recover it the same day. She’s absolutely thrilled.
Its a lovely small fire for a living room. Gives out more heat than my last one. Very happy with my purchase. Apart from putting the legs on all I had to do was plug it in.
The low spout makes it easy to separate the fat.
