ARRIVED PROMPTLY
Nice looking and light weight kettle. Just enough for a couple of hot drinks. Be mindful that it takes quite a while to boil.

Lawsons were very good in correcting an error that I made with my order. Their attitude on the phone was friendly and accommodating. The only reason that I put 4 stars and not 5, is because the delivery service is slow (they use DPD).
I asked a question by email which was answered very quickly. The item arrived within a couple of days and very well packaged.
