Very quick delivery of a fascinating book.
The book is a delight. Arrived very quickly.
As a pan it is very good, I bought it as I needed one that works well on my new induction hob which it did. I relied on the pint measurements written on the side of the preserving pan but they didn’t coincide with my own pint measuring jug. This affected the proportions of liquid in my marmalade and I had to take emergency action.
