I cook a lot and have used Stellar pans for 20 years. I decided to treat myself to this new set because my older ones were not induction friendly. However the old as well as the new ones are simply the best quality of saucepan that I have ever used. Robust, elegant and efficient. Even when one of my children has accidentally left it on the heat, burning porridge to a cinder, the pan still cleans up as though it has never been used. Such superior quality. I would highly recommend.
Even so close to Christmas, the service from ordering from Lawsons to delivery was swift and efficient. I was also impressed that I was able to track the order until it arrived at my door, very well packaged. Thank you Lawsons!
Timely arrival of product. Shame the product match the service
This is the second whisk I have bought where the coil is too big and pings right off when whisking. The shape is too oval, it should be rounder. Very irritating.
Product and packaging were o.k. However I placed the order on Monday, I live eight miles away and it reached and it arrived on the Friday. Is this being unreasonable? !!.
