Was excellent till I put it in the dishwasher, it stated dishwasher safe, but it isn’t.
Has the previous version of this a few years ago, now the paddle does not get stuck in the loaf but the quantity and freshness of the yeast together with water temperature are critical. We had a couple of flat loaves at first then discovered the yeast was a few months old, still in its use by date but that was the problem.

Superb as a general cleaner for hands, stain remover on clothes forget all the fancy liquids etc etc. Moisten the bar rub it into the clothes add to wash - bingo. Also for cleaning cooker tops and greasy pans beats washing up liquid any day. Try cleaning oil out of a roasting tin, some of this on a cloth - gone. It's why our parents/grandparents used it before washing up liquid was invented and even after. lasts for weeks or months
A beautifully made knife, balances really well and a good heaviness to the blade. Sharpens practically to a razor edge and keeps it. I'm used to a half-bolster (so I tend to use the heel of the knife for eg peeling the skin off an onion) but the full-bolster does feel safer, especially when sharpening.
Relatively easy to use oven cleaner. The best we have found for home use
