I had made an error in my order and the customer service department were very helpful in helping me to sort it out with a speedy delivery service of the items I wanted.
This is a discontinued line - great pity as it is an appealing design for fish-lovers at a reasonable price.

The product was fine although a little battered. I tried to purchase in store, but out of stock. I therefore ordered online that evening, but I couldn't do click and collect, only local delivery, which is charged. I'd have preferred to pick it up myself and not been charged for delivery.

Does what it says on the packet. Just what I needed after spilling bleach on trousers. Finished task with Dylon fabric dye. lovely job.
It's lovely and practical item for the table. Though I have not used this food warmer yet, I'm looking forward to using it, especially for hosting a dinner party, or for the Christmas table and to keep vegetables warm.
