Bought as a present for my daughter. On opening the box she noted it had a broken piece off the front of the item. I contacted Lawsons and the response was very quick. They collected the broken item and replaced it within days. Excellent service. My daughter is very pleased with the bread maker.

Easy online ordering process. Very quick delivery and excellent tracking facility on day of delivery. I like the fact that Lawsons reuse packaging where possible. It does mean that the package looks a little worn on the outside but my items were well protected inside and in pristine condition. I have an induction hob and GreenPan products are the best on the market in my opinion. I can thoroughly recommend these products and would definitely use Lawsons again
