Fast delivery, great product, rubbish packaging
It arrived packed in a second hand chip box. Yep, the box even states “french fries” on the side. For a product that was over £100, I at least expected a new cardboard box. Lovely product and would’ve got the full five stars if it had not been for the box ?
Was very pleased with the product particularly as I had read differing reviews on other websites. Dealt with thick ice at the top of the freezer. Whole defrosting process didn't take too long. Speedy delivery as other companies had a longer delivery time.

Had this a few weeks, nice design, reasonably quiet and boils quite quickly. I've read some stuff about it boiling a bit too long before switching itself off - that's not my experience of it, it switches off pretty quickly. So far I'm pleased with my purchase
