So easy to use and heats up quickly on my induction hob. Saves worktop space by having it on the hob too. Nice off white colour.
Razor sharp, well weighted and holds an edge superbly. I also have the 12" version - I think unless you really really need the extra length this is a bit more controllable than the other. Shame the one I bought was reduced to clear, and Lawsons sent a quite badly shop soiled item.
Kept me informed of when my item was dispatched and on its way. Well packaged to keep it safe.
