Will last a long time when instructions are followed. Just needs a wipe or when needed a short soak. Not dishwasher safe.
Fast delivery and this appears to be a pan that is going to last a long time. Read instructions as a dish washer will destroy the pan and is not needed because all it needs is a wipe after use.
