I ordered online but was pleased to get a call from a nice lady to say one item wasn’t in stock. It meant we could work out an alternative rather than just get a refund. Delivery was quick and it was very safely packed. Perfect!
I love the variety of colours in each ball. The waistcoat I have knitted, for extra warmth, will colour coordinate with many outfits.
Ordering and speed of receiving my order was 5 stars. Lawson reuse packaging, which is great, but failed to pack in a big enough bag. Sadly the pressure of squeezing 2 balls of wool in a very small bag led to it splitting during transit and my wool was open to the elements.

These pot trivets were exactly what I wanted, we've just had a brand new kitchen and I didn't want to risk scalding the new work surfaces but also didn't want an ugly product cluttering the worktops. We bought two of these trivets in blue and grey, they are beautifully made, extremely pretty feature in the kitchen with a very practical use. Great competitive price for the quality.
