There was a discrepancy with pricing on the different coloured lotus grills so I was given the graphite one at the lower price which was fantastic. Fast delivery too.

Just the job
When there was a problem with my order Lawsons immediately contacted me by phone and sorted it out. The blue grill was no longer available and I was offered red or grey or of course I could have cancelled my order. I went ahead with the grey one and I’m very happy with it. I cooked on it the first time last night and it is brilliant. Came to temperature in minutes exactly as described. It’s true it does not have a strong barbecue flavour but this is no different from a gas barbecue. And it’s so fast to heat up
