Customer service excellent, received a phone call to point out a second photo showed the correct size tools and was offered a full refund on return.
Disappointed in size of tongs as they are much smaller than the other tools and not as shown on first photo.
I made a curry from scratch in this really versatile casserole (on the cooker), as well as a slow baked shoulder of lamb in the oven. The lid fits securely and nothing sticks to the pan surface, even after 5 hours in the stove. I don’t recommend a dishwasher - a light wash in hot soapy water is all that’s required. Really pleased with the purchase.
