Good product, love the purple colour which harmonises well with the garden. Sturdy without appearing flimsy. So nice to have a choice of size in the same colour.

I ordered a mug for my husband’s birthday and you have sent the wrong one. I emailed you on 31.5.20 and you have not responded at all. Please do not blame Covid 19. You were quick enough to process my payment and send out the wrong mug but have not bothered to respond to my email. Really poor.
Arrived well packaged and within timescale as expected but the image on the site did not match item received as the tray supplied with the mugs was smaller, hence the 4 stars instead of 5.
