Super pan for jam making, Impressed with the quick cooking time and with being ablecto lift the pan off the hobb without getting burnt. Pan arrived earlier than expected and in good condition.

This replaced a 12 year old De Longhi bean to cup machine which had seen better days and had approached the end of its days. The Dualit product gives me the flexibility that I need with the build quality that I can have confidence in without having to buy another bean to cup machine which is not what I was looking for.
