Whilst your service and notifications excellent and everything with this order was fine, just feel that you should be aware that the loose packages in the plastic bag were lucky to survive the journey in tact. The outer bag had suffered greatly during its transportation, other wise am definitely using you again.
We decided to splurge on this product to obstain from cooking products with toxic chemicals. This product is beautifully crafted. Our fried eggs and rice glide off onto the plate without sticking. The ceramic surface hasn't worn down by all the cooking and washing. Delighted with this purchase.
