Excellent online and delivery service. Only issue during Covid is that you need to sign for the delivery. If your not in, this can cause issues.
Given the current circumstances I totally understand a wait and this isn’t a complaint. I just think you could have been clearer re delivery info via email - think probably automated but could have been clearer - ordered in 2nd April got a dispatch email on 3rd and nothing else so then had to chase what was happening. Again not a complaint as everyone I spoke to were really helpful and on calling you on Tuesday asking for a call to confirm, my compost arrived via a lovely chap on Wednesday morning and a phone call confirmation as requested today. So all is well!! Thank you

Understandably, a rather long wait for delivery. But all good.
Not bad does what you'd expect for a £16 fork. handles wobbly out of the box though, and likely to break the pop rivets that hold it together soon. Might have to Jerry rig it to make it stronger.
The handle was wobbly straight out the box, as was the fork I ordered with it, and held on with pop rivets one of them sheared off after less than a week. Not that impressed.

I emailed Lawson's immediately and it's been nearly 2 weeks with no reply. It's Corona lock down so i'm not expecting them to be super quick but less than 2 weeks to reply to an email isn't asking much is it?
Order incomplete but charged for missing items still waiting for refund for missing items. Order was placed 30 March

Decided to try having seen this item advertised and found it quite easy and worked first time. Definitely need to refrigerate to help set as I was worried it was not quite ready but followed instructions and turned out fine.

It was great to have deliveries during the Covid-19 lockdown. The compost was delivered separately but the other item has not yet arrived.

I use this product every year and think it’s really great! I would usually drive to the Tavistock store to collect it but, because of the restrictions of Covid-19, I had it delivered. Very good service!
