Bought during COVID 19 lockdown and it is the perfect gadget. It works, no electricity required apart from boiling the kettle, it doesn’t deplete your fresh milk stocks, you don’t need fresh yoghurt to start it off and the yoghurt it makes is delicious. I’m thrilled with it.

I still haven’t received my order complete order. I emailed on 11.4.20 to chase it up. I phoned yesterday & chased it up & haven’t had a call back yet. Can someone please contact me ASAP. All I have received is one bottle of cleaner.
