Fast service - great price.
Easy to use website including payment etc. Package arrived in a reasonable time although would perhaps have expected it a little sooner given the cost of postage (this is probably due to the postal/delivery service rather than Lawsons). Pretty standard packaging, not excessive or oversized which was nice to see (Amazon take note). Didn't contact customer services for anything so can't really comment on that. The main downside to this experience was that less than a month after I starting to use the item, I came across the exact same product in a local shop for almost half the price I had paid (including postage). I guess that is my fault for not looking around a bit more before making my purchase.
Almost an exact replacement for a set of glasses that got broken -only fractionlly smaller. Delivered in good time and packed with 3 layers of packaging of box containing tissue papered glasses.
Very non stick. Eggs simply slide out once cooked. Brilliant

Seems like a robust genuine product. Reasonably priced and you don’t have to buy more than you need as they are happy to send out one at a time. You do have to stretch on the jar but that is to be expected. Very happy indeed
