Very helpful staff- the quanty of the colour I wanted was not avalaible, and so they emailed me and followed up by a telephone call. We came to a quick solution and it was dealt with very smoothly and in a very friendly manner.

Easy to use website including payment etc. Package arrived in a reasonable time although would perhaps have expected it a little sooner given the cost of postage (this is probably due to the postal/delivery service rather than Lawsons). Pretty standard packaging, not excessive or oversized which was nice to see (Amazon take note). Didn't contact customer services for anything so can't really comment on that. The main downside to this experience was that less than a month after I starting to use the item, I came across the exact same product in a local shop for almost half the price I had paid (including postage). I guess that is my fault for not looking around a bit more before making my purchase.
Almost an exact replacement for a set of glasses that got broken -only fractionlly smaller. Delivered in good time and packed with 3 layers of packaging of box containing tissue papered glasses.
