After initially not receiving my order in the time frame advised, I left a review on the website which was responded with a personal phone call by Sofia. She was extremely helpful and explained that they were having issues with one of their courier services. She went out of her way to check they still had stock in store and put them aside to be delivered to me. I have now received the mugs. They were perfectly packed and no chance they were going to be damanged. It was great to see that reviews are reviewed and not ignored. Thanks again to Sofia for helping resolve the issue.
