Seemless experience with the big plus that my parcel arrived in recycled (reused) cardboard packaging -Thank you Lawsons for responsibly considering the waste packaging generates. Please keep it up, there are plenty of opportunties to set smaller British-based businesses apart from the big ones with ethical options :)
Slow to post only received by Hermes 6 days after supposed posting and overpacked a small sharpening wheel in a large box ,less packing faster post please

I got a great offer on the items I wanted and was able to add on some stocking fillers to qualify for free posting. Delivery was quick and tracked so no need to worry. Items exactly as expected - great quality. The best surprise was the packaging! I had to put the boxes and contents together which was like a fun puzzle. Everything was incredibly well wrapped and protected and it inspired me to reuse as much packaging as possible to follow this environmentally friendly approach. Couldn't be more thrilled!
