My package arrived in the expected time frame. Oddly packaged, but secure. I do believe that this item may have been a return or display models the plastic jug was slight scratches on it and the instruction manual package was already torn open. Bit disappointed, not worth the effort to return or complain about really. I love the food processor and I think I got it for a reasonable price.

Although the wrong item was initially sent to me, the company was very efficient and helpful in rectifying the mistake. I think it is how a company resolves issues that show their quality and commitment to offering very good customer service.
We had been looking for a new electric stove fir ages, ordered this one and could not believe what great service. The communication was wonderful, we knew exactly what was going on from start to finish. The stove got here so quickly and it’s beautiful.
