The complete "package" from ordering to unwrapping the items after delivery were as smooth as clockwork. The products are excellent and make a splendid addition to a dinner party. Delightful to look at and use, simple in design and weight - ideal for the job they have to do. I would have no problems with recommending Lawsons and the product(s) to friends especially since quality customer service is a rare animal these days - but Lawsons have it in spades!
Brabantia is a good brand and I've only had to replace this cover twice in about 10 years - due to the poppers coming loose from the fabric over time- given its used a lot thats understandable. It weather's well and keeps the line clean and dry.
