For adding and sifting ingredients it is excellent, It drops one star because , and here is a tip to solve the inaccuracy of the scales as I placed a 200g weight on the scale and it comes up as 187g when removed it displays 9g, this means it is sticking,, A 10g weight is anywhere between 6 and 8g, , How to solve, Place a bowl on the scale and zero it, Place the 200g weigh in the bowl and hey presto, Exactly 200g same with the 5 g and 10g, , Take the weight off, Add your ingrediency to the bowl, Take bowl off and pour in to hopper. This is a slight inconvenience as it isn't working to design , The issue is with the manufacture of the plastic housing, Internally the plastic is sticking , over time this may ware and solve itself, I would still buy knowing this! I don't think this is a one off as I have heard reviews on YT reporting inaccuracy of the scale,
