Preheat the oven to 175ºC or 350ºF
Cut the 2 pears in half and scoop out the seeds.
Sprinkle with walnuts and drizzle with maple syrup or honey.
Add a little sprinkle of cinnamon to all 4 halves.
Oven for 25 minutes.
Serve with EasiYo yogurt, enjoy!

If you want a super sweet treat, instead of the cinnamon, or as well as, you could sprinkle some brown sugar over the top before baking!
This recipe would also be amazing if you used apple instead of pears. To make with apples instead core the apples and then stuff the hole with the cinnamon, walnuts and syrup! Delicious.
