Great British Bake Off: Paul's Arlettes
Last night the 11 remaining bakers were tasked with making Paul's Arlettes - French cinnamon flavoured palmier biscuits. These biscuits should be thin, crispy and show well defined swirls of cinnamon inside achieved through the technique of 'laminating'.
