I would have found it easier if it had been clearer on the website that when ordering online that could include collect from store. But a helpful phone conversation solved that. We had good customer service with our defaulted product and recent click and collect.

I must say the ordering process was straightforward and easy in do on line. Email confirmation within minutes followed by an email the next day to say my order was ready in pick up from the Totnes shop. The Le Creuset mug is just beautiful. Robust well balanced when holding and looks great on display in the kitchen when not in use. Highly recommend
