Quality and colour is great although the colour is darker than the Aqua shown on the website. It's not a problem though as I'm ordering the duvet cover to match. There was a problem with the pillowcases as out of stock but they telephoned to explain instead of resorting to texts/emails. Very impressed

Easy to use website including payment etc. Package arrived in a reasonable time although would perhaps have expected it a little sooner given the cost of postage (this is probably due to the postal/delivery service rather than Lawsons). Pretty standard packaging, not excessive or oversized which was nice to see (Amazon take note). Didn't contact customer services for anything so can't really comment on that. The main downside to this experience was that less than a month after I starting to use the item, I came across the exact same product in a local shop for almost half the price I had paid (including postage). I guess that is my fault for not looking around a bit more before making my purchase.
Great product from a reputable brand, that does what it says on the label - keeps drinks hot for around 8 hours (if you are looking for longer I would recommend the thermos super light direct drink flask - 5 star product in my eyes). Had one previously that I had been using daily for years, seemed to be fairly indestructible (it had garnered many dents and scratches from being dropped). Then I lost one of the rubber gaskets, and you can't get replacement parts so I had to get a whole new mug. Of course, the little gasket has since turned up, so now I have two mugs, one slightly prettier than the other. Loses one star because whilst it is great that it is possible to effectively clean the lid of this product (not always possible with travel mugs) in order to do so, the lid separates into six pieces, three of which are rubber gasket/seals of varying sizes, one is the main lid and two are smaller hard plastic discs. Dismantling and reassembling is straightforward enough, however it is very easy to misplace the smaller parts and as I mentioned - they are not replaceable so renders the entire unit useless. I would also note, anyone with limited dexterity in their hands may find it difficult to dismantle/reassemble the lid.
