Always used non stick pans but decided to change to stainless steel after reading negative reviews about non stick coating. These pans are well made but all in the set of 3 are one inch in depth smaller so I'm having to adjust how vigorously I stir food otherwise I've overspill on the hob. Some foods are difficult to cook as food sticks badly. Dry frying is out of the question...the large pan has become mottled on the inside base after making a chilli. I'm having to adjust the way I cook then maybe I will like them more!
Quality pots bought for baking sourdough. Work as well as my more expensive le creuset pots, so I would highly recommend. Great service from Lawsons, speedy delivery with no issues. Would recommend.
