Ideal to use in wine making
Love these pans. Used different versions for years. This model is slightly deeper and for some reason doesn't hold my steamer as well as the previous ones. The main big plus is the base. It distributes heat especially on gas rings brilliantly. Propane gas is normally a little trickier than natural gas but these pans handle it with no problem. If there is an issue with these pans it's the way the handle fits the pan. Once they start working loose they never stop, however firmly you tighten them. Judges deny there is a problem.

Like the colour and the quality, just a bit too long which required me to alter it by taking up the required amount. Now that it’s done and on the bed it looks just right. Ordering was easy and delivery was quick.
